Insurance credentialing

Commercial insurance and Medicare/Medicaid credentialing are currently in progress. We will update this page as insurance participation becomes available.

No Surprises Act

Your right to a Good Faith Estimate.

Under the federal No Surprises Act, health care providers must give patients who don’t have insurance, or who are not using insurance, an estimate of the expected charges for medical items and services.

What this means for you

◆

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, including related costs such as tests, prescription drugs, equipment and fees.

◆

If you schedule your visit at least 3 business days in advance, you should receive your Good Faith Estimate in writing within 1 business day of scheduling.

◆

You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a visit.

◆

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

◆

Keep a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises/consumers or call 1-800-985-3059.
