Share your details and our team will contact you to schedule a telehealth visit with Isamy Pardo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC. Available to patients physically located in Florida, in English and Spanish.
Cancellation & no-show policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours’ advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments without notification (no-shows) may be subject to a $50 fee. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our shared clinical time.
